Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement govern your use of Pingra. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description
Pingra is a conversation management tool that connects to your Threads account through Meta's official Threads API. Pingra helps you review replies, send responses, moderate comments, track analytics, and manage mentions on Threads.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Pingra. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Threads API usage
Pingra accesses your Threads data through Meta's official API with your explicit authorization via OAuth. Pingra does not store your Threads password. Your use of Threads content through Pingra is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Threads API Terms of Use.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Pingra offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Pricing, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and account management are handled by the respective app store. We do not collect or store payment card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Pingra, including but not limited to: using the service to send spam or abusive content, attempting to access other users' data without authorization, reverse-engineering the app, or violating Meta's Threads API Terms of Use.
6. AI-generated content
Pingra may offer AI-powered reply suggestions. These suggestions are generated by third-party AI services based on conversation context. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. Pingra does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions.
7. Intellectual property
Pingra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Threads content displayed in the app belongs to its respective authors and is accessed through Meta's API.
8. Disclaimers
Pingra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Pingra depends on Meta's Threads API, and changes to that API may affect functionality. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Meta regarding your Threads account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pingra, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pingra at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using Pingra at any time by deleting your account.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may notify users through the app. Continued use of Pingra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
