Draft privacy notice

This is an early public draft for Pingra. It should be reviewed and finalized before broader launch.

1. Information we process

Pingra may process account identifiers, app configuration data, reply workflow metadata, and operational analytics required to provide the service.

2. Why we use it

This information is used to support reply triage, conversation tracking, saved personas, subscription checks, and product improvement.

3. AI usage

Some user-provided text may be sent through AI processing paths to generate reply suggestions. Final production policy should clearly state scope, retention, and deletion rules.

4. Retention and deletion

Users should be able to request data deletion or stop data processing. Final retention and deletion commitments should be published before general release.
